Abstract
腹腔镜胆囊空肠吻合术是应用腹腔镜技术治疗不能切除的胰腺癌、胆囊壶腹周围癌和胆管癌等引起的恶性梗阻性黄疸的一种常用术式[1].经脐单孔腹腔镜手术是腹壁无瘢痕手术最成熟的实现形式[2].本研究使用普通腹腔镜手术器械成功完成了经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊空肠吻合术[3],积累了相关经验,现报道如下.
