Abstract
胸腰椎骨折是临床上较为常见的疾病,常伴有不同程度的神经脊髓损伤.其治疗方式主要包括保守治疗与手术治疗,为了减少长期卧床带来的并发症,防止迟发型神经功能恶化,纠正脊柱畸形,手术治疗是较好的选择.后路椎弓根螺钉内固定具有撑开复位、间接减压、维持三柱稳定的作用,是目前最常用的术式.该文就胸腰椎骨折后路手术治疗研究进展作一综述.
