Abstract
1 研制背景
颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术(ODLP)具有操作简单、相对安全及侵袭性小的优点,已广泛应用于多节段脊髓型颈椎病、后纵韧带骨化及颈椎管狭窄患者的治疗,临床效果满意[1-4].该术式以椎板的一侧为门轴,另一侧为门缝,向后移位椎板,扩大椎管矢状径,从而解除脊髓压迫,同时可最大限度地保留颈椎的活动度和稳定性.
