应用局部皮瓣修复头部电烧伤颅骨外露

Abstract
目的:探讨头部电烧伤合并颅骨外露局部皮瓣修复的治疗体会.方法:笔者科室自2006年4月-2014年5月共收治头部电烧伤合并颅骨外露患者12例,颅骨外露最大面积18cm×13cm,所有病例均采用头部局部皮瓣修复.结果:12例移植部位皮瓣均存活,创面一期愈合,效果满意.结论:在颅骨外露不超过1/3的头皮缺损采用头部局部皮瓣修复可获得满意的效果,是临床较为理想的治疗措施.
