氟保护漆和含氟牙膏对预防小学生龋齿的效果比较

Abstract
目的:临床比较氟保护漆和含氟牙膏对预防小学生龋齿的效果.方法:随机将200例1～5年级小学生分为A组和B组,A组用氟保护漆涂擦牙面,并每0.5年重复涂擦氟保护漆1次,B组每天用含氟牙膏刷牙.2年后检查A组和B组患龋情况,并对试验前后数据进行比较.结果:B组第一恒磨牙发病率明显高于A组,且差异有统计学意义.结论:氟保护漆对小学生龋齿的预防效果优于含氟牙膏.
