目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在输精管病变诊断中的应用价值.方法:利用高频超声及经直肠超声联合检查患者输精管,发现病变,并观察其声像图表现.结果:超声可清晰显示输精管结构,明确输精管病变位置及相关病因,并且具有典型的声像图特征.结论:超声可清晰显示输精管睾丸段、精索段、腹股沟段及壶腹段病变,是输精管疾病检查的首选方法.
