Ishiguro法治疗可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指短期疗效分析

Abstract
目的 评估Ishiguuro法治疗可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指的短期临床疗效.方法 2012年9月至2013年4月我院收治的13例可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指患者,受伤至就诊时间为4～9周,平均6.5周,均采用Ishiguro法手术治疗,术后随访时间为4～ 16个月,平均8.7个月,采用Dargan标准进行功能评定.结果 本组13例骨折均愈合,采用Dargan法进行功能评定:优4例,良4例,可3例,差2例;优良率为61.5％.结论 Ishiguro法可作为可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指的有效治疗方法之一.
