Abstract
患者男,21岁.因右手肿胀疼痛1年半而来就诊.自诉在无明显诱因下,出现右手肿胀疼痛,夜间明显加重,自行服用非甾体类抗炎药后疼痛可缓解.曾于其他医院长期反复使用抗生素治疗,无效.临床检查:右腕及手部肿胀,以尺背侧尤为明显,伴有压痛,活动时加重;手腕桡偏,活动受限;局部皮温稍高,皮肤无破溃.
