Abstract
随着医疗水平不断提高,老年血液透析(HD)患者的存活时间也越来越长.由于生理机能下降,并发症较多,独立生活能力差,或由于经济、子女等原因,易发生自卑、无助、烦躁等情绪变化,从而导致不配合治疗,甚至拒绝治疗.我院于2001年1月开展了个体化透析,根据老年患者的特点和具体情况,制定相应的透析计划,取得较好效果.
