Abstract
直肠癌低位前切除术后并发症是影响患者术后恢复的重要因素,其中吻合口瘘为最主要并发症,若不能及时发现和处理,可导致严重的后果甚至危及生命.本文结合笔者处理的2例患者,对直肠癌术后吻合口瘘的原因及防治作一概述,并介绍一种新的治疗方法.
