Abstract
急性肺损伤(ALT)及急性呼吸窘迫综合征易感性及其高的病死率,让关于其发病机制的研究受到广泛的关注,特别是对巨噬细胞在中作用.笔者已知肺泡巨噬细胞激活后通过分泌炎性细胞因子、趋化因子、损伤介质和抗炎性细胞因子等,在ALI的发生、发展及转归中发挥重要作用.本文主要就肺泡巨噬细胞凋亡、坏死及巨噬细胞极化在ALT的作用作简要综述.
