Abstract
严重烧伤患者早期即存在心肌收缩功能障碍,引起这一现象的发生机制可能包括持续激活的应激反应、心肌的缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤、炎症反应等.液体泛滥以及补液不足也是严重烧伤患者早期心肌收缩力降低的重要原因;除此之外,可能还与创伤后心肌冠状动脉缺血后的类冬眠效应有关.
