内窥镜辅助鼻中隔软骨切取术

Abstract
目的 探讨内窥镜在鼻中隔软骨切取术中的应用价值.方法 在内窥镜辅助下,对36例各种鼻畸形需要移植软骨的女性(18～ 30岁)进行鼻中隔软骨的切取.结果 内窥镜能清楚显示鼻中隔结构,切取更加精确和容易.所有患者的创伤均较小,无一例出现感染、出血等并发症.术后随访6～12个月,未发现鼻中隔穿孔和鼻背塌陷.全部患者鼻形态满意,轮廓自然.结论 内窥镜辅助鼻中隔软骨切取有助于获得良好的手术效果,安全可行.
