Medpor外科种植体在鼻尖整形术中的应用

Abstract
目的 观察Medpor外科种植体在鼻尖整形术中的临床效果及不良反应.方法 对自2013年6月至2015年1月收治的36例因鼻尖扁平圆钝、鼻小柱偏斜或伴鼻背塌陷的患者,采用Medpor 联合自体耳软骨移植,构建鼻尖及鼻小柱支架,以重塑鼻尖形态.结果 对本组患者进行3～18个月随访,术后1例鼻尖感染,4例鼻尖偏斜,其余31例均无排异、过敏等其他不良反应发生.结论 Medpor 外科种植体具有良好的组织相容性,性质稳定,不能被吸收,手术效果满意,在鼻整形中值得推广应用及进一步观察研究.
