Abstract
足拇趾损伤后的软组织缺损和趾骨外露的修复比较困难,根据缺损面积大小常以邻趾皮瓣[1]、第1跖背动脉岛状皮瓣[2-4]或带足背动脉的踝前皮瓣逆行转移修复[5],但上述几种皮瓣均存在操作较复杂、牺牲主要血管等缺点.2010年5月至2011年4月,我们应用足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复足拇趾软组织缺损4例,疗效满意.
