Abstract
指尖损伤多为横形离断,以压砸伤常见,由于压砸伤所致离断指体毛细血管床严重破坏或指尖部血管纤细,无法试行再植,原位缝合成活率低[1-4],2005年3月至2011年8月,我们将植入式筋膜瓣与去表皮囊袋法相结合治疗40例46指指尖完全离断伤,取得较好效果.
