Abstract
难忍的疼痛和瘙痒是瘢痕疙瘩患者就诊的主要原因之一,且部分患者经正规激素治疗后痛痒仍无明显缓解,我们采用A型肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin type A,BTA)注射治疗27例此类患者,获得满意疗效.基金项日:上海市科委资助项目(07JC14038)
