Abstract
原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(primary hyperparathyroidism,PHPT)是一组由一个或多个甲状旁腺病理性过量分泌甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)引起的临床症候群,是引起高钙血症最常见的病因之一.随着医学研究的深入及人们生活方式的改变,PHPT的诊疗模式也在不断转变.笔者拟就近年来PHPT的诊疗模式转变进行讨论.
