Abstract
目的 阐述免疫球蛋白G4 (immunoglobulin G4,IgG4)及其与肿瘤免疫的相关研究现状.方法 检索近年来IgG4与肿瘤免疫相关的文献并进行综述.结果 高水平的IgG4及IgG4阳性浆细胞在肿瘤组织中的浸润是恶性肿瘤患者预后的不良因素,而血清中IgG4水平与恶性肿瘤患者预后之间的相关性尚不明确.IgG4相关免疫应答可能通过发挥免疫抑制的作用而促进恶性肿瘤的免疫逃逸.结论 IgG4可能参与了恶性肿瘤的发生与发展,其在肿瘤免疫微环境中的作用机制仍待进一步探索.对IgG4与肿瘤免疫的深入研究可能会为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新的思路与靶点.
