Abstract
临床资料 患者,男,24岁.因“突发左侧背痛1d”入院,入院查体:一般情况良好,呼吸平稳,无贫血貌.气管居中,左胸呼吸动度减低,叩诊浊音,左下胸部听诊呼吸音弱,右肺呼吸音正常.辅助检查:血常规白细胞(WBC)16.45× 109/L、红细胞(RBC) 5.51 ×1012/L、血红蛋白(Hb)166 g/L、血气分析(HCT) 47％、血小板(PLT) 283 ×109/L;凝血项凝血酶原时间(PT) 12.4 s、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT) 26.5 s、纤维蛋白原(FIB) 1.77 9/L、凝血酶时间(TT) 19.8 s.患者无近期外伤史、服药史,仅在7年前行双侧胸腔镜肺大疱切除术.
