Abstract
从恢复血液灌注至停体外循环,心肌不仅需要从外科损伤和缺血/再灌注损伤的打击中恢复,而且要尽快发挥其全部功能.恢复心肌灌注早期需增加心肌灌注,避免心室膨胀、避免使用大剂量肾上腺素/异丙肾上腺素和高能量除颤;后期需根据心脏功能、心电图变化给予处理,即可顺利停机.
