Abstract
目的 研究大鼠骨髓基质细胞(Bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)与脂肪来源基质细胞(Adipose-derived stro-mal cells,ADSCs)体外Transwell共培养后对于ADSCs成骨分化的影响.方法 取来源于同一只6周龄SD雄性大鼠的ADSCs及BMSCs,培养传代至第2代后按1:1比例共培养(共培养组),下室植入ADSCs,上室植入BMSCs;同时设置单纯ADSCs组及BMSCs组为对照组.21 d时成骨诱导分化,然后行茜素红染色,比较共培养后BMSCs对于ADSCs成骨分化的影响.结果 共培养组茜素红半定量测定结果与ADSCs组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),与BMSCs组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 ADSCs和BMSCs体外Transwell共培养后,其成骨矿化能力增强,BMSCs可通过旁分泌方式促进ADSCs成骨分化.
