Abstract
患方疗效汇报(Patient-reported outcome,PRO)近年来在医学领域逐渐发展,主要通过心理量表对患者进行生活质量的评估,旨在直接从患者处获得量化信息,以查明患者疾病的症状严重程度,以及对患者功能状态和健康相关生活质量的影响,评估治疗的效果.符合规范的PRO量表可以在医疗和科研的各个环节起到积极作用.通过患方疗效汇报,医疗行为的中心由疾病转移到患者,在注重个性化治疗的整形外科尤为重要.本文对患方疗效汇报在整形外科的应用及其前景进行综述.
