乳腺叶状肿瘤(phyllodes tumor of the breast,PTB)是一种较少见的乳腺纤维上皮性肿瘤,分别占乳腺原发性肿瘤和纤维上皮性肿瘤的0.2％～2.5％[1];由于其发病率低、命名混乱、生物学行为难以预测,导致临床诊治出现诸多问题.本文回顾性分析2008年8月至2012年3月武汉市中心医院病理科24例PTB标本(2例为复发)的临床病理资料.
