Abstract
促红细胞生成素衍生人肝细胞癌受体(Eph)及相应配体ephrin在恶性胶质瘤发生与发展中发挥重要调控作用.Eph及配体ephrin蛋白异常表达,与肿瘤病理分级及不良预后密切相关.Eph及配体ephrin能够发挥促肿瘤生成作用或抑制肿瘤生成作用,这取决于其对下游信号通路正向或负向调节.上述特征表明:Eph及配体ephrin可能为胶质瘤临床治疗提供新策略.本文就Eph及配体ephrin的结构与功能,以及其在胶质瘤治疗、预后的作用进行综述.
