Abstract
同种异体原位心脏移植术后30天内死亡的最常见原因是原发性移植物衰竭.心脏辅助装置可以减少供心损害、有利于心脏功能的恢复,相对于He-artmate、BerlinHeart和AV5000等中长期辅助装置,体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)辅助技术具有管道安装方便、价格低廉、可同时支持心肺功能等优点,且疗效可靠[1].2006年10月至2012年10月,我院共完成38例心脏移植手术,其中3例应用ECMO辅助治疗,现总结报道如下.
