主动脉壁间血肿(aortic intramural hematoma,IMH)是主动脉壁内出血或主动脉壁内局限血肿形成,是一种特殊类型的主动脉夹层( aortic dissection,AD)[1],具有潜在致命性.2007年3月至2009年7月,我们收治3例A型IMH,均治疗成功.现总结报道如下.资料和方法 3例患者均有高血压病史,血压控制不良或末控制,具体资料见表l.
