1957年肺外科的机械性缝合器率先应用于临床[1],在肺切除术中应用于缝合肺实质和支气管[2].近十多年来,器械外科技术在现代肺切除术中已占有重要的地位,同时也成为胸外科医师应熟练掌握的手术技能.现将我科自2001年1月至2008年8月使用器械外科技术进行的1059例各式肺叶切除及全肺切除的经验总结报道如下.
