36例窦镰旁脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗

Abstract
目的 总结窦镰旁脑膜瘤的手术经验.方法 回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年12月显微手术治疗的36例窦镰旁脑膜瘤的临床资料.结果 Simpson分级:Ⅰ级23例,Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级2例,Ⅳ级2例.术后随访3～12个月,临床症状明显改善,MRI复查未见肿瘤复发.结论 窦镰旁脑膜瘤手术治疗力争全切,完善术前影像学检查、设计好手术入路、术中处理好矢状窦及重要回流静脉是手术成功的关键.
