Abstract
随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧,老年脆性骨折的患病率也不断攀升,而老年髋臼骨折的病例数也在逐年增加.有研究报道,接受髋臼骨折治疗的患者平均年龄呈上升趋势[1-2].目前对于年轻髋臼骨折患者的治疗已有较多的文献报道[3].然而,由于老年髋臼骨折患者的特殊性,且临床对其研究正处于起步阶段,因此对于老年髋臼骨折患者的治疗暂无长期的随访结果支持,老年髋臼骨折的治疗方案尚无统一标准.
