Abstract

移植物抗宿主病(graft versus host disease,GVHD)是指供体来源的免疫细胞对受体组织器官造成损害引发的一系列临床症状的总称,是肝移植病人术后致死率最高的并发症.自1988年第1例病人被诊断为肝移植术后GVHD以来[1],全球已相继报道数百个临床病例.据统计,肝移植术后GVHD的发病率0.1％～2.0％,病死率65％～85％[2].但目前尚缺乏统一的诊疗共识.
