Abstract
目的 探讨微型钢板与克氏针治疗指骨骨折的疗效.方法 2018年1月-7月,手术治疗指骨骨折20例26指,其中8例10指应用微型钢板内固定,12例16指应用克氏针内固定.结果 术后20例均获得随访,骨折均达愈合标准,患指功能均获较好恢复.结论 微型钢板与克氏针内固定均是治疗指骨骨折的有效手段,并各有其利弊,应依据骨折线的位置,综合考虑选择恰当术式,达到满意的治疗效果.
