Abstract
目的 探讨三联疗法治疗下尺桡关节慢性不稳的手术方法 及临床效果.方法2008年6月-2015年5月,对32例慢性下尺桡关节不稳患者采用三联疗法治疗.结果 所有患者均获得随访,随访时间12～43个月,平均33.5个月,采用腕关节Green-O'Brien功能评定方法进行评定:优29例,良3例.结论 三联疗法治疗下尺桡关节慢性不稳,恢复下尺桡关节稳定性,明显改善腕关节功能,手术创伤小,方法简单,预后理想,值得临床推广.
