Abstract
目的 探讨微型外固定架牵张成骨术治疗先天性跖骨短小症的临床效果,并介绍该手术方法的优点.方法 对2009年8月-2016年5月应用微型外固定架牵张成骨术治疗先天性跖骨短小症12例患者的资料进行回顾性分析.结果 12例获得8～20个月随访,平均12个月.延长长度为11.0～23.0 mm,平均18.0 mm,延长骨全部愈合,跖骨抛物线恢复.按照美国足踝矫形外科协会(AOFAS)的功能评判标准评定,优8例,良4例,无严重并发症,足部功能无任何影响,所有患者对延长结果及外观满意.结论 应用微型外固定架牵张成骨术治疗先天性跖骨短小症,方法可靠,可有效延长跖骨长度,有助于恢复足的外观与功能,可取得满意的效果.
