Abstract
一日两次不等剂量全身放疗(TBI)加环磷酰胺(CY)预处理,自体或异基因骨髓移植(BMT)或外周血造血干细胞移植(PBST)治疗12例恶性血液病.按WHO抗癌药毒副反应分度标准分析预处理方案的毒性并积分.结果表明,不同剂量组毒性积分和造血恢复速度无显著差异.较大剂量组移植后复发率较低,但随访时间短,例数少尚难评价.
