Abstract
目的:观察腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效.方法:采用节段固定结合单枚椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症患者40例,观察植骨融合情况和术后优良率.结果:40例患者均获得6～36个月随访,术后融合率为95％,术后优良率为97.5％.结论:节段固定结合单枚椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症能获得理想的复位、坚强的内固定,植骨融合率、优良率高,临床疗效满意.
