Abstract
白细胞介素-22(IL-22)作为肝细胞癌(HCC)患者体内兼具保护性作用和促进炎症应答双重功能的细胞因子,以多样化的角色参与疾病的发生和发展.近年来对于IL-22在HCC中的研究越来越多,但其在HCC中所发挥的作用仍存在一定争议.本文主要对IL-22的生物学特性及其在HCC发生、发展过程及治疗的作用作一综述.
