利用脑胶质瘤瘤腔内置球囊近距离放疗系统(the GliaSite RTS)进行瘤内近距离放疗是一种比较新颖的近距离放疗形式,可以克服传统间质内放疗的不足[1].近距离放射性脑损伤的实验研究对于开展此种疗法又至关重要.本研究旨在建立一种适用于液态放射性核素包括常用的125ⅠI、131Ⅰ等的脑近距离放疗动物模型.
