Abstract
1992年3月～2002年3月,我们对食管癌进行改进的食管癌切除,经食管床胃食管颈部单层吻合术,效果较满意.
一、对象与方法
1.研究对象:本组患者男188例,女132例,年龄26～80岁,320例中,食管上段13例,中段癌182例,下段癌125例,肿瘤分期Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期177例,Ⅲ期138例.
