Abstract
嗜酸性粒细胞增生性肉芽肿,又称为木村病[1],主要表现为单侧无痛性肿块,易累及皮下、腺体及淋巴结,组织学病理表现为淋巴滤泡间大量嗜酸性粒细胞增生、聚集[2].最常见的受累部位是耳周、腹股沟、眼眶和眼睑,部分伴有肾脏损害,常表现为肾病综合征[3].该病较为罕见,本文报告1例青年女性嗜酸性粒细胞增生性肉芽肿合并膜性肾病.
