Abstract
目的 研究VSD在开放性骨折创面治疗中的作用.方法 笔者统计了我院2016年8月-2019年8月的65例相关病例,均行VSD负压吸引术,现分析报告如下.结果 65例患者创面均愈合,无深部感染,浅表感染3例,骨髓炎0例,钉道感染1例.结论 VSD负压封闭引流技术对于开放性创面的治疗,确实有良好的临床效果.
