目前多原发癌的检出率虽然明显提高,但尚缺乏标准的诊疗方案.其中,肺鳞癌合并食管小细胞癌者较为少见,其诊疗模式仍在不断探索之中.本文通过分享1例肺、食管多原发癌的诊疗过程,复习文献,对多原发癌的诊治进行总结和讨论.
