Abstract
原因不明复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)是指妊娠12周以内,排除子宫畸形、内分泌遗传因素及胎儿畸形等已知因素,连续发生3次或3次以上自然流产的病理性妊娠.近年来,越来越多的研究表明,URSA的发生与免疫因素有关,特别是与人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)的关系已成为生殖免疫研究的热点[1].
