1 病例简介
患者,女,51 岁,因"2 年前体检时发现盆腔囊性肿物直径约 5cm,定期检查逐渐增大"于 2016年 1月 11日入院.近5月患者偶有下腹部钝痛,体位改变时明显,排便后缓解;夜尿频,3 ~ 4次/夜,无尿急、尿痛症状.既往月经周期规律,经量偏多,偶有痛经.入院查体:T 36. 4℃、P 86 次/ min,R 18次/ min,Bp 140 / 100mmHg.
