Abstract
一、病例摘要
患者58岁,主因“绝经2+年,阴道间断出血1+个月”收入天津市第三中心医院.4年前行宫颈锥切术,术后随诊2年TCT及HPV无异常.妇科检查:宫颈锥切术后改变,表面光滑,宫体饱满无压痛,双侧附件区无异常.妇科超声:宫内膜与周围肌壁界限不清,于宫底凸向肌壁形成3.2 cm×3.1 cm等回声区,其内可见丰富血流信号.
