Abstract
目的 考察和分析淋巴细胞酪氨酸磷酸酶(lymphoid tyrosine phosphatase,LYP) mRNA在卵巢子宫内膜异位症(ovarian endometriosis,OEMs)外周血及卵巢组织的表达.方法 抽取贵州医科大学附属医院收治的OEMs患者187例为观察组,同期接受手术的单纯性卵巢囊肿患者96例为对照组.检测两组患者卵巢组织LYP、外周血及卵巢组织LYPmRNA表达.结果 与对照组比,观察组卵巢组织的LYP蛋白表达增高(P＜0.05),外周血及卵巢组织LYPmRNA表达增高(P＜0.05).结论 LYPmRNA在OEMs外周血及卵巢组织表达明显增高.
