Abstract
宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesions,IUA)是宫腔操作后常见的并发症,可引起月经及妊娠异常等.其发病机制的研究近年来成为热点,其中许多生长因子被认为参与了宫腔粘连的发生发展过程,这些因子间通过相互作用共同导致细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的生成与降解平衡被打破,造成ECM过度堆积,子宫内膜的增生修复被抑制,最终IUA形成.现就相关生长因子在宫腔粘连形成中作用的研究进展综述如下.
