慢性病贫血大鼠肝脏铁代谢紊乱的调节

Abstract
目的在建立慢性病贫血(ACD)大鼠动物模型的基础上,探讨一氧化氮(NO)、铁调节蛋白(IRP)在ACD大鼠肝组织铁代谢紊乱中的调节作用.方法在传统佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型基础上,通过追加注射福氏佐剂两次,增强其免疫反应,从而诱发贫血的发生;对不同处理组大鼠肝脏铁含量、铁蛋白(Fn)、NO、IRP-2mRNA水平及IRP结合活性进行检测.结果ACD大鼠肝组织IRP结合活性较正常对照组升高,IRP-2 mRNA表达下调,硝基精氨酸甲酯(NAME)组大鼠则位于两者之间,NO水平与IRP结合活性呈正相关.结论NO、IRP在ACD大鼠肝脏铁代谢紊乱中起重要作用.
