皮肤黏膜出血是免疫性血小板减少症(immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)最常见的临床表现,颅内出血并不多见,但并发颅内出血仍是ITP的主要致死原因[1].本院2013年共收治9例ITP患儿,均无典型的神经系统表现且均作头颅CT检查,发现颅内出血1例.现将本例治疗及随访情况报道如下.
