Abstract
小儿面颈部深Ⅱ度烧伤较常见,其受伤部位特殊,创面早期处理是否妥当影响到患儿容貌与功能.2005年10月至2010年3月,作者应用早期磨痂技术治疗小儿面颈部深Ⅱ度烧伤58例,效果良好.临床资料一、一般资料58例中,男性32例,女性26例,年龄6个月至12岁.烧伤部位:面部25例,颈部18例,面颈部15例.烧伤总面积1％～6％,均为深Ⅱ度烧伤.人院时间为伤后1 ～4h.
